I am sure that you are able to name advantages as well as disadvantages of living in a flat. The same with house. There is plenty of pros and cons as far as those two different places are took into consideration. You can live in a flat and love it as well as hate it. I think that the most difficult situation of living in a flat is the fact that you live very close to your neighbors. You are probably aware of the fact that such neighbors might be really difficult to live with. They might be noisy or keep drilling during hours that you want to sleep, etc. You have to learn to live with this and to cope with such situations. There are obviously positive sides of that situation as well. There is always someone near you that you can ask for help, etc. I would like to tell you about negative situation that happened to me due to my neighbor. He had some problems with his bath and he destroyed my bathroom furniture completely. The whole water from his bathroom (he lives above me) came through the ceiling and lead to a lot of trouble. I can^t explain how angry I was at him for making so many problems. Luckily he apologized me for this situation and even paid for my new bathroom furniture. I am really happy that he proposed it as otherwise I would have no bathroom furniture at all.
